The Diamondback Rely 2 review went pretty much how we expected. Diamondback is known for creating exceptional mountain and trail bikes for women and men. This might be the best complete trail bike for women review we have done in a long time. From the high quality components to the plus-size 27.5×2.8-inch tires you will have comfortable and fun ride.
The Diamondback Rely 2 is the sister to the popular Mason 2 which is more geared towards male riders. Both come with plus-size 27.5×2.8-inch tires which provide excellent ride feel and plenty of grip while even riding some of the roughest trails. If control is what you are after the Blanchard 38R wheels can be setup tubeless along with a dropper seatpost which is perfect for technical descents.
What We Like
The Diamondback Rely 2 complete mountain bike is a solid trail bike for women who are looking for the efficiency of a hardtail bike along with the smooth ride of larger tires. You would have a hard time finding a complete mountain bike for women at this price range with better components.
Not So Great
This may not be a professional level mountain bike for women competing but it is still a great option for those looking for a smooth ride while still being able to tackle harder trails.
Rely 2 Review Conclusion
This is a great option for intermediate female trail and mountain bikers looking for a hardtail style bike with excellent grip, components and ride quality. We would not hesitate to recommend this bike to anyone looking for a quality complete womens trail bike.
